• 15-minute introductory call: no charge

• 60-minute intake: $525, includes review of intake questionnaire and formulation of treatment plan outside of the session

• 50-minute appointment: $400, or $375 if weekly therapy

• 25-minute medication appointment: $230

• Administrative (email, phone calls, prior authorizations, review of labs or records, paperwork): $90/10 minutes, <10 minutes no charge
